The complex of Apartments Marina and one apartment in house Marin are located on the Island of Ciovo, a small offshore island connected with the town of Trogir by a drawbridge. It is a modern house consisting of a ground floor and two upper floors, surrounded by the greenery of a well-tended garden. It is situated in a small holiday resort called Slatine, 5km away from Trogir. The complex of the house Marina consists of five separate units.
Apartments - "Marina" holiday house is located on Čiovo, a small, beautiful island connected with the ancient town of Trogir with a short bridge.
"Marina Apartments" has 5 accommodation units located in a new, modern house consisting of ground floor and two floors, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. It was renovated in 2016, for the maximum comfort of our guests. The house is located only 35 meters from the sea.
Apartment A (2 + 2 persons) is located on the 1st floor of 40m2. There is one bedroom - a double bed, a living room with a couch that can be streched for an adult or two young children, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is new and has a shower cabin.
The terrace is 25m2 with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. The apartment has its own parking place.
Apartment B (4 persons) is located on the first floor and has 50m2. It consists of two bedrooms, one room has a double bed and the other room has two single beds which can be a double bed the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is new and has a shower cabin.
The terrace is 25m2 with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. The view is not direct but a large part of the terrace is oriented towards the sea. The apartment has its own 1 parking space.
Apartment C (4 + 2 persons) - apartment with outdoor jacuzzi.
Located on the ground floor of 55m2, it has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has 2 single beds, one bed has an extra bed, the living room has a sofa that can be stretched for 2 small children or one adult, kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom is new and has shower cabin, washing machine. The terrace has 30 m2. The apartment has its own 1 parking space.
Apartment E (6 persons) is located on the top floor and extends over 80m2. It consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet. The living room has a glass door of 4 meters with a beautiful sea view, a terrace of 25m2. In front of the house there is a nice, furnished garden with a barbecue and a large dining table suitable for families or friends who eat together. There are 6 parking spaces available for guests, and a berth for your boat up to 6 m.
Our apartments are easily accessible, 5 km by sea, after crossing the bridge from Trogir to Čiovo. Both houses are just a few hundred meters away from a well-stocked supermarket, fish restaurant, pizzeria, popular beach bars, bicycles, jets, scooters, cars and boats, so you have everything you need at your fingertips. Trogir and Split are easily accessible by boat lines / from Arbanija to Trogir and back, and from Slatine to Split and back /
