Large two-storey semi-detached holiday villa. On the ground floor there is a dining room, from where there is access to the kitchen and to a conservatory with a second dining room that has partial sea views access. The spacious living room has also sea views. From the living room there is access to a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Guest toilet and utility room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The master double bedroom with access to a terrace with sea views, en suite bathroom with separate shower and a dressing room. The others, two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom share a separate bathroom. There is a room with sofas and a table in the terrace, close to the pool; which is ideal for the kids to play at the begining and end of season. Shower room in the garage. Air conditioned with a limited and fixed timetable. The adjoyning villa is occupied by the owner, that just makes use of the property at night. He doesn't use the outside area.
