Typically Istrian holiday house with a garden

This holiday house is a typical Istrian house in the quiet village of Jural, which is 2.5km from the Limski Canal.

The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a kitchen with a stove, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment, and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, the second two single beds measuring 80 x 190cm. Wireless Internet access and satellite TV are provided. There is a wood-burning stove for the cooler months that heats the whole house.

The garden with pool is ideal for relaxing and enjoying your holiday with your loved ones. There is a gazebo with garden furniture. A free parking space is available. The garden is enclosed by a wall about 1.5m high and is accessed through a gate. Small pets are welcome free of charge, larger pets at an extra fee.

Jural is a very attractive locality, owing to its surrounding landscape and views. It is at 200 metres above sea level and therefore offers an impressive view of the whole 10km of the Limski Canal. A holiday in Jural is also beneficial for your health. Owing to its location between the countryside and the sea, the air is very good for those with airway problems. If you would like to relax, like being surrounded by nature and are looking for peace and quiet, and enjoy walks and cycle tours, then Jural is the ideal place for you.

Jural is 8km from Kanfanar, 14km from Vrsar, 19km from Rovinj and 20km from Porec. It is just 6km to the remains of the medieval town of Dvigrad, which is an important historical and archaeological site.

    “Es ist ein schon älteres Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Der Garten ist schön groß.
    Die Vermieterin ist freundlich.
    Für Hunde ist der Garten gut geeignet, leider ist unser Hund in den Pool gesprungen, darauf hat die Vermieterin relativ gut reagiert.
    Das Haus ist für Hunde erlaubt, aber fand das mit der Taschenlampe etwas übertrieben.
    Würde es für kleinere Hunde empfehlen, da die Treppe auch sehr steil war und unser Hund zu groß zum tragen Positiv: Die Lage ist schön und ruhig.Der Garten ist groß, für Hunde perfekt geeignet.
    Die Vermieterin ist freundlich.
    Wir konnten schon in der früh anreisen. Negativ: Matratzen sind schon älter und sehr unbequem.
    Die Klimaanlage reicht nicht bis oben zu den Schlafräumen.
    Wer sich im Spiegel anschauen will muss sehr groß sein, da alle extrem weit oben hängen.
    Der Pool ist ein Aufstellpool der in die Erde eingelassen wurde, somit schließt die Poolumrandung nicht mit dem Pool ab. Wir hatten täglich große tote spinnen im Pool die wir erst rausfischen mussten.
    Bei der Abreise wurde das Haus sehr gründlich begutachtet. Die Vermieterin kam mit einem Mann und dieser nahm seine Aufgabe sehr ernst.
    Sogar die Treppe wurde mit der Taschenlampe abgesucht ob nicht irgendwo Kratzspuren vom Hund sind.
    Muss dazu sagen daß unser Hund am letzten Urlaubstag als er einen Skorpion fangen wollte leider das Netz der Fliegengittertür beschädigt hat.
    Das haben wir ihnen aber sofort gesagt.
    Sie zeigten uns Fotos die sie vor drei Tagen gemacht hatten wo die Umrandung der Tür angeblich beschädigt wurde.
    Und der Mann meinte ob wir die Tür mit Silikon geklebt hätten (als ob man sowas im Urlaub dabei hätte). Nun dem war nicht so und die Fliegentüre war auch nicht gerade die beste.
    Am Schluss wurde die Kaution einbehalten und wie mussten noch 110 Euro drauf zahlen. Was uns eigentlich ein bisschen viel vorkam.”
