    “Das Objekt hat eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafe`s , Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.
    Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit einem sehr großen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf Strand und das Meer.
    Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok und zweckmäßig, nur eine Klimaanlage fehlt. Bei den Temperaturen im Sommer echt erforderlich. Leider hat hat die zentrale Lage des Objektes auch einen Nachteil. Es ist sehr, sehr laut. Tagsüber (ab ca. 06.30 Uhr ) beginnt die Geräuschkulisse des Strandlebens, durchgängig bis ca. 21.00 Uhr! Gleichzeitig beginnt es auf der Straße laut zu werden. Menschenmassen strömen zur Strandpromenade in die Restaurants. Das geht dann so bis etwa 02.00 Uhr in der Nacht. Bis die letzten auf dem Weg nach Hause sind, ist es spielen 03.00 Uhr! Dann kommt jeden Abend ein Trecker, der den Strand umpflügt (unüberhörbar ca. 1,50 Std.). Wenn der endlich fertig ist, kommt die Müllabfuhr (ebenfalls unüberhörbar). Zwischen 04.30 Uhr - 06.00 Uhr am Morgen besteht eine kleine Chance zu schlafen. Danach sitzen die ersten spanischen Rentner wieder in der Bar (direkt am Haus) und spielen Domino (ebenfalls sehr lautstark). Die Fenster kann man, bedingt durch die fehlende Klimaanlage nicht schließen (einfach zu heiß und stickig in der Wohnung). Auch der Verkehrslärm (von morgens bis spät in die Nacht) muss einmal erwähnt werden. Eine Woche kann man das mal ertragen, aber danach wird es sehr nervig.

    Der Blick vom Balkon entschädigt aber wieder . Der ist wunderschön !”
