This house offers four modern holiday apartments for three to six people and is in a quiet residential area just 700 metres from the beach. The neighbourhood is very green. Selce is a picturesque seaside village with lovely beaches and a crystal clear sea, just 35 kilometres from Rijeka.
The well-maintained apartments were renovated in 2013 and provide free Internet access, air conditioning and satellite TV. Bed linen and two towels per guest are included in the price and are changed weekly.
Each apartment also has a terrace or a balcony with chairs, as well as a free parking space on site. Alternatively you can also park near the house.
It is only about a ten-minute walk to the beach. The way to the beach is about 700 m above the
Street Matkino. Selce has beautiful beaches awarded the Blue Flag. There are two restaurants just 50 metres from the house and it is only about 200 metres to the nearest grocery shop. The romantic promenade along the beach is about eight kilometres long and links the nearby towns of Crikvenica, Dramalj and Jadranovo. There is also a nudist beach, which you get to after a lovely walk through the forest. Selce also has many restaurants, bars, cafés and shops.
Apartment Aquamarine with large terrace
This 85 m² bright apartment is on the second floor. It was renovated in 2013 and is designed for a maximum of five people. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped, open kitchen and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). An additional sleeping space is provided by a sofa bed (90 x 200 cm) in the living room, which invites you to relax during the day. The dining area is in front of the patio door. In addition to the dining area, there is a modern kitchenette, which is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The tiled bathroom has over tub and toilet.
