This farmhouse is a ground level semi-detached house on the outskirts of the town of Grignols. Périgueux is about 25 km away, Bergerac and its world famous wineries are about.30 km away. The house is next to an old water mill and you can hear the relaxing sound of the running water from the garden. The garden is private and has beautiful views over the open countryside.
