This vacation home with pool and panoramic views in the Alpes-Maritimes is located in a quiet lane, 25 km from the Mediterranean beaches, surrounded by olive trees and peaceful nature.
Built on a hill, it offers a breathtaking view of Antibes and the Massif de l'Estérel, and is only 6 km away from Lake St. Cassien, known for its beauty, incredible flora and fauna, and various activities. There you can rent pedal boats, go fishing, rowing and hiking in unforgettable surroundings, just 20 minutes from Cannes and 30 minutes from Fréjus.
The villa is a charming family house, spacious and comfortable. Several hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. The living room and bedrooms open onto the sunny terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue. Relax in the very large wooded garden around the pool, which is secured by a barrier.
The village of Spéracèdes, dominated by its pink stone church with its pretty alleys and colorful facades, welcomes you for your walks to the highest vantage point from which you can contemplate the Bay of Cannes, the Lérins Islands and the mountains. de l'Estérel and the lake are far from the crowds along the coast. Places like Cabris, Cézaire, Peymeinade and Le Tignet are also worth a detour. Grasse, the capital of perfumes, is only 7 km away.
Hiking enthusiasts are spoiled for choice with the wild landscapes, the Siagne and its gorges, the Préalpes d'Azur Natural Park and the Bois d'Amont. Do not hesitate to descend into the depths of the various caves.
