    “Uraltes Mobiliar - geschätzt 50er Jahre - , wackelige Stühle, Schranktüren, die beim ersten Gebrauch nicht am Scharnier sondern in der Hand bleiben, dreckiges Geschirr, warmes Wasser gab es in der Küche nicht, der Strom fiel ständig aus, und wir mußten aus dem 4. Stock in den Keller, um die Sicherung zu checken.     “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf das Ledrotal, allerdings kein Blick auf den Ledrosee. Zustand war gut. Sehr sauber, nichts kaputt oder defekt. Guter und empfehlenswerter Preis. Vermieter wohnen paterre und sprechen gut Deutsch.”
