This former farmhouse (three-family house) near the small town of Talla (8 km) is the perfect vacation destination for anyone who appreciates the tranquillity of the woods.

The house is situated on a small hill in a romantic side valley. Directly in front of the entrance there is a panoramic terrace - covered in summer - and a pizza oven. The owner has lovingly furnished the house in a romantic country house style. On the first floor there is a rustic eat-in kitchen with an open fireplace; the bedrooms are spread over three floors. One bedroom with bathroom has a separate entrance. - The house is surrounded by extensive woodland, a narrow forest path leads down to the bathing area in the nearby torrent 200m below: an adventure for young and old.

Nearby are the Etruscan excavations at Rassina (10 km), the Casentino Nature Park with its mountains, castles and monasteries. Arezzo 35 km, Florence 75 km. In the small town of Talla: grocery store, bar, swimming pool.

Please note: The forest road is unpaved, cobbled and sloping with dips in places. It is not suitable for low cars, motorhomes and motorcycles.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist landschaftlich sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr landestypisch. Es ist gemütlich und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern und der Hausbeschreibung. Der Pizzaofen funktioniert hervorragend. Nur die steile Schotterpiste zum Haus ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst war alles super. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nette Menschen.”

    “Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, top ausgestattetes Haus. Auch Zubehör und Ersatzteile (Glühbirnen, Grillzubehör, Gasfüller für Anzünder usw.) vorhanden.
    Selbst Wein und Bier zum genießen im hauseigenen Lager vorrätig...
    Wunderschöne Lage inmitten herrlicher Natur. Auf der perfekt angelegten Terasse genießt man Erholung und Ruhe pur. Im Garten sind selbst Küchenkräuter angepflanzt.

    Unbedingt beachten:
    Die Zufahrt ist eine Naturstraße und für Fahrzeuge mit Sportfahrwerk nicht zu empfehlen.

    Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit des Objekts sind absolut vorbildlich!”
