It consists of a balcony with magnificent sea views, living room, kitchen, dining room all in one room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, coffee maker, electric cooker, fridge and freezer. The living room has a sofa bed (200 x 160cm) where there is an extra bed for 1-2 persons. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The house is situated in Malinska, place Vantačići . The house is situated in an excellent location just 10 meters from the sea. The nearest beach is about 50 meters. The house has 4  separate apartments. The nearest restaurant / pizzeria and shop is about 500 meters. Other restaurants, supermarkets, "market", bakeries, coffee shops are located in the town center. The house has a beautiful promenade that leads to Malinska which is only 2.5 kilometers away from the property.   The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea.     “Es war alles so wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wurde. Für 2 -3 Personen die perfekte Unterkunft. Vom Balkon aus hat mein eine super Aussicht aufs Meer. Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Vermieterin hat perfekt deutsch gesprochen. Waren also alles in allem sehr zufrieden, gerne wieder.”
