Air-conditioned holiday flat with two rooms, two balconies, parking in the centre in a calm street, ideal location near the harbour and near the Calanques

This modern holiday flat is located only 150 meters behind the legendary old harbour of La Ciotat. It is only 700 meters to the first Calanque, the famous bays in between La Ciotat and Cassis. Due to its unique location, this apartment is ideal to explore the in 2012 newly founded natural reserve "Parc national des Calanques" and enjoy the special atmosphere of the harbour.

The 60 m² air conditioned studio was awarded three stars and accommodates up to five people. This holiday flat is located on the first floor of a residential building with an elevator. The well maintained and modern furnishings are pristine. The open plan kitchen and the living room have been furnished in the noble colours black, grey and white. It is fully furnished with modern equipment, such as a washing machine, a microwave and a dishwasher. The beautiful bar with bar stools serves as a dining area. The large living room is furnished with a sofa, a flat screen television and a DVD player. There are a total of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed for two to three people (90 x 190 cm) and a trundle bed (110 x 190 cm). The bathroom boasts a double sink with a beautiful large mirror and a bathtub. The toilet is separate.

There are two 11 m² furnished balconies facing the complex's garden for your enjoyment. A large, enclosed parking space is available to our guests in the underground garage.

The apartment boasts wireless internet access.

Even though the apartment is so close to shops, the centre of town, the old harbour and a movie theatre, it is very quiet. The beach can easily be reached on foot within only ten minutes. Typical markets take place in the vicinity (for example, a Provencal market on Sundays in the harbour). The shops and restaurants along the waterfront promenade are very enjoyable. From here you can also catch the commuter ferry to the Ile Verte. Aquatic sports abound here: sailing, surfing, kayaking and scuba diving.

    “Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mitten in der Stadt. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Markt und der Hafen mit vielen Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Eine eigene Garage in "La Ciotat" zu haben, ist super! Vermieter sind sehr nett, Empfang war sehr herzlich. In der Ferienwohnung liegen jede Menge Tipps für Ausflüge etc. bereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!”

    “Hervorragende Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Sehr ruhig, obwohl zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert!

    Eine Nachricht für den Veranstalter:
    Auf dem zugesandten Formular "Reiseunterlagen" befand sich eine falsche Telefonnummer. Im Formular war nach der Vorwahl noch eine "1" eingefügt. In unserm Fall kein Problem, bei einer eventuellen Verzögerung der Ankunftszeit allerdings fatal, da der Vermieter telefonisch nicht zu erreichen gewesen wäre.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns das außergewöhnlich gute Design der Möbel, die große Sauberkeit und die hervorragende Situation mit Tiefgarage und Aufzug. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Vater hat uns sogar eine Marseille-Führung angeboten. Sehr wichtig ist auch die komplette Klimatisierung der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.”
