A dream holiday apartment with incomparable panoramic views over the Baltic Sea. From your private loggia, you can gaze out over the sea and the beach directly in front of you, listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

Schönhagen's sandy beach starts right on your doorstep, separated only by the beautiful promenade. The service office and a café are located on the ground floor, so you are right in the centre of the action.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase outside the house. It has a covered balcony (loggia) facing the sea, where you can relax on sun loungers. There is also a barbecue at your disposal. On the opposite side is the pergola, which provides access to the 6 apartments in the house. Due to the generous layout, the pergola can also be used as a loggia. A table and garden chairs are available here for you to enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun.

At 110 m², the holiday apartment offers plenty of space for up to six people (two sleeping places on the pull-out sofa in the living area) and has its own small wellness oasis with a two-person whirlpool and sauna. In winter, the Scandinavian wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere - here you can enjoy the panoramic view of the stormy Baltic Sea alongside the crackling open fire. The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is equipped with all amenities, such as a Nespresso machine. WLAN with fibre optics available.
Amateur astronomers will be particularly pleased with the telescope, which is part of the flat equipment and with which the starry sky over the Baltic Sea can be observed on clear nights.

    “Die Lage ist absolut top, die Aussicht war einfach herrlich und die Wohnung ansonsten nett eingerichtet aber zum Teil schon etwas verwohnt.
    Das Wlan ist sehr schlecht.
    Für den Preis der Wohnung und im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen und Häuser, die wir in den letzten Jahren gemietet hatten, hatten wir mehr Service erwartet. Handtücher mussten mit dem Wäschepaket extra bezahlt werden. Es gab keine Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel und die Küche ist mäßig ausgestattet.”

    “Der Zustand der Wohnung ist absolut super. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, in der Küche vor allem wurde von unserer Seite nichts vermisst, ausser vielleicht ein Müllbeutel mehr.
    Im Bad war an Ausstattung auch nichts zu vermissen. Sogar Bücher sowohl für Kinder und Erwachsene und Spiele für Kinder waren mehr als genug in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Die Schlafräume haben auch sehr viel Stauraum und auch hier gibt es von unserer Seite nichts zu bemängeln.
    Der Bäcker ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, ein Supermarkt war direkt vor der Tür.”

    “Bester Meerblick in ganz Schönhagen. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider ist der Zugang zur Wohnung etwas umständlich. Bücher, Spiele und Kindersitz stehen bereit. Der Loft-Stil und die offene Bauweise ermöglichen im großen Wohnbereich einen freien Blick auf die Ostsee.”
