Holiday apartment with a large sunny terrace
The apartment is situated in the somewhat quieter part of the Baltic Sea town Boltenhagen, in Redewisch. It is only about 500 metres from the beach and the steep coast. Owing to the quiet location, you can relax here in any season and recover from everyday stress.
We offer you a cosy two-room holiday apartment of around 60m² (non-smoking). It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a shower and WC, and a separate entrance. It can accommodate three people comfortably and a travel bed can be set up for a toddler.
Outside there is a large terrace on the sunny side with garden furniture, where you can grill, smoke or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. There are parking spaces by the house. There is a local shuttle bus that departs practically on the doorstep to the centre of Boltenhagen 1500 metres away, so you do not have to use a car to attend events there, to visit the shopping centre or supermarkets or to stroll along the beach promenade. Apart from many restaurants in the centre, you can also find one near the house. You can get fresh bread rolls in the mornings right next door.

“Im Allgemeinen war die Unterkunft okay. Positiv: Das Feriendomizil besteht aus einer geräumigen Zweiraumwohnung. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Bestuhlung. Es gibt auch eine Wiese zum Spielen und die Möglichkeit Wäsche auf die Leine zu hängen. Negativ: Die Einrichtung ist aus den 90er Jahren. Nicht unbedingt was für junge Leute. Die Vermieterin ist etwas speziell. Die Lage ist okay, wenn man mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto unterwegs ist. Etwas abgelegen vom Ortskern.”

“Wir können diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen. Negativ: 50 € für die Endreinigung ist nicht angemessen gegenüber der Sauberkeit.
Nach unserer Ankunft mussten wir teilweise das Küchengeschirr und auch Töpfe zum Gebrauch säubern. Gläser im Wohnzimmer unsauber, man konnte genau sehen, wo was gestanden hat (Staub). Badmöbel unsauber, die Badezimmertür ließ sich nur schwer schließen. Restaurant: Deichläufer - Gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und Preise angemessen”
