Casa cerca de la playa y del Balcon de Europa

Amplia casa en pleno centro de Nerja cerca de todos los servicios como farmacia, restaurantes, comercios, supermercados,etc, a escasos 2 minutos andando del balcón de europa y de la playa, junto a la plaza de españa y del parking subterraneo del ayuntamiento.

Consta de 3 amplios dormitorios, 2 con camas de matrimonio (135cm) y otro dormitorio con 2 camas individuales de 90cm.

Es una casa muy amplia de unos 150m2 aproximadamente, con techos altos, suelos de marmol rojo, puertas, muebles y armarios de madera maciza, muy luminosa y tranquila.

Cocina totalmente equipada con horno pirolítico que se limpia solo, vitrocerámica, microondas, frigorífico combi 2 metros, lavavajillas, menaje de cocina, etc.

Patio con flores, plantas, mesa y sillas de terraza, con orientación sur muy soleado junto con acceso a la plaza del museo de la cueva de Nerja.

2 cuartos de baño completos con bañeras.

Ideal para familias grandes que quieran disfrutar de Nerja desde lo más cerca.

    “God beliggenhed i byen, men vinduer og døre skal være lukkede om natten pga larm.
    Dejlig by flot beliggende ved havet.
    Prisen OK, men det ville være godt
    med aircondition i soverummene, selvfølgelig mod merpris.
    Gode køkkenfaciliteter og vaskemuligheder.
    Dog må der være mere bestik og tallerkener.”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist im typischen andalusischen Stil gehalten und funktionell ausgelegt. Das Haus verfügt über ein Wohn-Essbereich mit großem Esstisch (für 6 Personen), gemütliche Sofas und komfortable Betten. Es sind insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Küche (moderne Geräte, voll ausgestattet: Geschirrspüler, Herd, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine...) vorhanden. Sat-TV und WLAN sind ebenfalls ein großes Plus! Besonders gemütlich ist die großzügige Terrasse, die zudem liebevoll mit Pflanzen ausgelegt ist.

    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden - ca. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt findet man ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und keine 5 Minuten entfernt findet man die großen "Discounter" (Mercadona, Supersol usw.).
    Der einzige Nachteil an der zentralen Lage des Hauses ist natürlich ein gewisser Lautstärkepegel - teilweise leider auch bis spät in die Nacht. Eins von den 3 Schlafzimmer befindet sich zur einer recht stark befahrenen Straße hin. Wenn man sich aber entspannt, das typische deutsche Verhalten ablegt und sich auf das Nachtleben der Stadt einlässt - alles super!”

    “Great location, close to large supermarkets and several beaches, as well as the Balcon de Europa area with all the bars and restaurants, the tourist shpoing streets and the night time bar area. The price is very reasonable for what you get. It is a large and comfortable apartment in the ground floor. We were two families with small children, and it was perfect for our needs. The enclosed patio area is wonderful for both breakfast and dinner as well as for hanging the laundry and letting the kids play, without having to worry. The kitchen was well equipped for standard cooking needs and the appliences were modern. The fact that we had access to WIFI, TV/DVD player and washingmashine was great for families with children. Two batrooms, both with shower and tub, was also very handy when several people are sharing.

    The location is not in the most touristy and hotel-ridden areas of Nerja, which for us was a plus. It feels more authentic and you get to mingle with the locals some as well.

    The land lord is very agreeable and accessible. You can always call or leave him a message and he takes care of what ever the issue is. We asked for a new fryingpan and got one the same day. When the DVD-player stopped working - he replaced it imediately.

    The only drawback was that out of the three bedrooms, the one bedroom facing the front of the property has a window out to the street. This means that on friday and saturday night the noice of the cars and people passing by on the street outside could make it a little hard to fall asleep. I reccommend goin to bed early (before 11 p.m.) or very late (after 2.30 a.m.) or bring earplugs. Then again, this is the trade-off. If you want to be in the middle of things and have everything close at hand, you have to count on living with the noice of all those things and all those people as well.”
