Charming apartment in a two family house with furnished terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the promontory of Portofino. The property is located in an elevated area in a pedestrian zone, has a separate entrance and a large private outdoor area where you can relax in the shade of the plants. A bathroom is equipped with a hot tub. A few steps from the property begins a Creuza (street with steps), leading to the sea. The area is perfect not only for visiting the Ligurian coast, the beaches of Bogliasco (10 km), Camogli (8 km), Zoagli and Rapallo (16 km), Recco (4,8 km), the renowned Santa Margherita and Portofino (20 km), but also to explore the Park of the Cinque Terre, which can be reached by ferry from Genoa or from Camogli, or to discover Genoa with its historic buildings. Water sports enthusiasts can rent on the Riviera boats, practice surfing or diving. Approximately 500 m away are a soccer field and tennis courts. The property is located in the pedestrian zone that from Pieve Ligure leads to Sori. From the car park the accommodation is reached via a 500m long and sometimes steep path.

    “Eine super Unterkunft. Ausstattung: alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen benötigt. Sauberkeit: Grundsauberkeit ist vorhanden, Küche etwas fettig/staubig. Lage: traumhafter Ausblick - vor allem auf der Dachterrasse, dies hat aber zur Folge, dass wenige Höhenmeter zum Meer überwunden werden müssen (max. 10 min Fußweg), zum Parkplatz ca. 5 min Fußweg, Koffer und Einkäufe müssen leider den Berg hinauf bzw. hinunter ans Haus getragen werden, mit Rollkoffer aber kein Problem. Preis: günstig.”

    “Sehr schöne und sehr ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und den Ort Sori; man muss gut zu Fuß sein, da das Haus nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, sondern über einen hübschen, kleinen Fußweg, der sich durch den Olivenhain schlängelt. gute, gemütliche Ausstattung im Haus, auch bei schlechtem Wetter angenehm bewohnbar.”

Wen das nicht stört, findet hier die perfekte Erholung und Ruhe.
