Our house has a quiet and sunny location, with beautiful views of the Stubai Alps and 1 km. from the center of the village of Neustift. A beautiful pedestrian street leading from our house to the valley station Elferlift along the river (in approx. 20 min). In 2-3 min by feet there is the bus stop.

Our holiday apartment for 3-5 people is on two floors.
1st floor: 1 double room with balcony and 1 single room, both rooms with hot and cold water and a shower/toilet next door.
2nd floor: 1 double room with balcony, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet, fully equipped kitchen
(including appliances and dishes), a beautiful terrace balcony
and a cozy living room also with a balcony.
Entrance hall with wardrobe and a storage room.
Towels and bed linen available, bread roll service.
No pets allowed.
