If you asked people to imagine their dream holiday home in Mallorca, it would look exactly like Villa Juhe. Clarity and an elegant ambience are its key features. They immediately catch the eye and form a successful unity with the Mediterranean charm that surrounds the property. The centrepiece of the outdoor area, the beautiful, ramified terrace, is located at the rear of the house. This is where you can spend your summer days, relaxing on one of the sun loungers, enjoying a fresh salad in the dining area or retreating to one of the beautifully designed alcoves and finally immersing yourself in a good book in peace and quiet. The terrace-like area is also a great place if you are travelling with two guests and prefer to spend time together outside. The 8 x 4 metre pool with a graduated depth of between 0.3 and 1.8 metres is a great place for young and old to cool off. There is also a practical outdoor shower next to the house. The palm crowns that protrude from the neighbouring property convey a pleasant feeling of courtesy and at the same time ensure privacy. In the evening, you can sit on the veranda and enjoy freshly grilled delicacies on site. If the sun isn't shining all day, the conservatory is an attractive option, offering all-round protection and a great open-air feeling. For all fans of freshly picked fruit: there is an orchard that guests are welcome to use.

The house, which extends over two levels, impresses with its individual charm; original details create a stylish atmosphere in which it is easy to arrive and feel at home. Sumptuous furniture, including some antiques, harmonises with light-coloured walls and highly decorative floor tiles. There really is room for all your fellow travellers on the huge, U-shaped sofa and it is up to you whether you want to watch TV together or spend your holiday evenings in stimulating conversation. In the bright, fully equipped kitchen, you can not only work hand in hand to prepare tasty meals, but thanks to the open-plan architecture, you are right in the middle of the action and can fully participate in what is happening in the living area. A practical utility room provides additional storage space and the washing machine runs quietly in its cubicle here instead of in the kitchen as elsewhere. A wide staircase decorated with picturesque Mallorcan tiles leads to the gallery-like upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The friendly residence is located just 2 km from Llucmajor, so you can quickly reach supermarkets and fine bakeries for your daily shopping. The small town has a lot to offer with its cosy cafés and the weekly fresh market, which takes place three times a week. The connection to this village could hardly be better: As the villa is close to the audible Ma-5010, you can quickly get to various places in different directions. The island's capital is only around 30 minutes away, so an extended visit to the capital should be an integral part of your holiday in Mallorca. Although the villa is not located directly by the sea, you have numerous opportunities to enjoy beach life. A 25-minute drive will take you to the beautiful southern beaches, such as the natural sandy beach of Es Trenc. To the north-east of Llucmajor in the south of the island, the beautiful Villa Juhe invites you to spend your holidays in a well-kept environment. For shopping, simply drive 10 minutes to Llucmajor and enjoy the colourful hustle and bustle on the Plaça d'Espana. Extensive shopping trips are best undertaken in the capital Palma, just half an hour away. The nearest beautiful beaches of the southern coastal landscape are approx. 15 km away.
