Huoneistossa yksi makuuhuone, jossa 160cm leveä parisänky ja yksi makuuhuone, jossa kaksi 80 cm leveää yhden hengen vuodetta sekä yksi pieni makuuhuone kerrossängyllä. Tupakeittiö ja oleskelutila josta pääse parvekkeelle. Yläkerrassa on yksi erillinen wc. Alakerrassa makuuhuoneiden lisäksi on pesuhuone ja sauna. Pesuhuoneessa on myös wc. Kohde sopii mainiosta perheille tai pienemmille porukoille. Lisätietoja: Kohde on aivan etelärinteiden palveluiden läheisyydessä, South point on muutaman sadan metrin päässä josta palvelut löytyvät. Tekemistä löytyy niin kesälle kuin talvellekin.
