The beautiful, new villa Es Pins (built in 2014) offers a great mix of typical Mallorcan tradition and contemporary modernity. The plot is bordered by a wall; the residential building forms the centrepiece of this property with panoramic views of the picturesque hills surrounding Artà. Anyone who has ever visited the eastern coastal region is sure to be left with lasting impressions of the rustic hilly landscape and the distant views of lush greenery all the way to the Tramuntana mountains and the sea beyond. The sun-drenched property nestles wonderfully into the landscape for a varied holiday. The child-friendly residence has an outdoor area with a large pool (1.50 m deep) and Greek steps. Simply relax and refresh yourself for a while on the steps or take a dip in the cool, blue water. The pool is partly surrounded by a lawn and partly by a walled sun terrace. Here you will find eight sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the calming view of the beautiful natural surroundings. A staircase leads to the covered terrace next to the house. Make use of one of the many seating options: a large dining table for up to eight people and a very relaxed lounge area with wicker furniture. Enjoy your cup of coffee for a great start to the day on the second terrace to the side of the house at the small coffee table with two chairs.

In fact, it's easy to get a good start to the day after a good night's sleep in one of the three striking bedrooms. The white rooms are furnished in a modern country house style. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It has been furnished with splendid details and emphasises the modern ambience through the use of natural materials. The floors have a light wood look and the walls are partly made of unrendered quarry stone. Younger guests will love their bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling bed. The bed is lined with old wooden beams, creating an additional second level that can be reached via a staircase. A great place to romp around. Here too, natural brown and white tones emphasise the cosy atmosphere.

The large and bright living area is furnished with a white seating area in front of the fireplace. Clear lines dominate the design. The floors in this room and in the bedrooms have a wooden look for a very light and stylishly purist look. The open-plan dining area has a wide wooden dining table with white cantilever chairs. Patio doors adjoin the dining room and lead to the previously described outdoor area on the covered terrace. The design of this living area is both bright and friendly and offers wonderful views of the natural landscape.

Then there is the stunning eat-in kitchen. The wooden kitchen contrasts with the stainless steel. The exposed quarry stone wall above the worktops adds extra flair. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and separate oven at a comfortable height, coffee machine, kettle and much more makes daily cooking a pleasure. Enjoy a relaxed evening meal on the built-in barbecue.

The stylish design villa with purist design touches is also the perfect holiday home for golfers. Pula and Capdepera Golf are in the immediate vicinity. Holidaymakers who enjoy lazing by the water will be delighted that many natural sandy beaches can be reached quickly and easily by hire car.
