Ultra-modern, beautifully maintained and in a truly incredible location - this is what Villa Sa Finca near Artà in the rural east of Mallorca has to offer. The single-storey house is nestled in the typical Mediterranean landscape and offers not only plenty of space and privacy on the large plot with a lovingly landscaped garden, but also a wonderful view of the green hills in the distance. Directly behind the villa, which consists of two connected buildings, you can soak up the sun on one of the comfortable sun loungers on the terrace and cool off in the rectangular pool. It is also ideal for children, as the gentle slope and wide steps make it perfect for their first swims, with the appropriate swimming aids of course. But those seeking shade are also in luck: either on the covered terrace right next to the house or at the other end of the pool, where you will find a lovely little covered outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, dining table and chairs, as well as an outdoor pool. Long evenings with family and friends as well as nice warm temperatures and good food are almost guaranteed!

The interior of Sa Finca is bright and open-plan. The fact that all the rooms are on one level is particularly practical: you don't have to get used to going up and down stairs, which is especially handy if you are travelling with small children. The furnishings are chic, modern and high-quality in equal measure, but so skilfully and lovingly chosen that they also have a relaxed effect and give you an immediate feeling of well-being. White walls and light-coloured floors in the living-dining area, which opens out into the stylishly chic kitchen with high-quality equipment, create a light, summery atmosphere. There is a wonderfully cosy sofa in the living room where you can watch an exciting TV thriller. You then have a choice of three tastefully and discreetly furnished bedrooms with comfortable double beds and large wardrobes for your holiday wardrobe. The bathrooms are completely in keeping with the rest of the house: new, very clean and well-maintained, with walk-in showers, large windows and stylish washbasins.

Ultra-modern and stylish inside and out, Villa Sa Finca is nestled in the beautiful Mediterranean countryside in the east of Mallorca, just 2.3 km from the picturesque artists' town of Artà. The single-storey house is surrounded by extensive grounds with lovingly tended lawns and olive trees; a large pool with a cosy terrace glistens in the sun. Various family-friendly beaches are just 12 to 14 km away by hire car.
