Villa Can Xisco is an impressive property that impresses with its particularly successful combination of modern and classic Mallorcan elements. The special, slightly elevated location offers a marvellous panoramic view of the nearby village of Artà. The Mediterranean property is characterised by well-tended lawns and breathtakingly beautiful palm trees and other lush vegetation. The inviting terrace areas, some of which are covered, offer wonderfully cosy places to relax. There is a choice of cool lounge furniture or seating areas that are as functional as they are tasteful and also provide a great place to eat. The pool impresses with its impressive size of 10 x 5 metres. The pool is decoratively tiled and easily accessible via a semi-circular staircase. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the adjoining pool terrace so that you can enjoy extensive sunbathing under the deep blue Mediterranean sky. Here you can unwind and leave everyday life far behind you. Two parasols are available in case the UV rays get too strong. On warm evenings, a hearty barbecue is called for, where fresh, regional delicacies may be prepared and enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere. The villa has ample parking facilities for your convenience.

The interior of the villa welcomes you with an exceptionally cosy and tasteful atmosphere. Light-coloured walls, traditional exposed beam ceilings and matching terracotta tiles harmonise beautifully with the hand-picked furniture, which has been individually combined. The house has a spacious living room where you can relax completely on the comfortable sofa or the matching armchairs. You can also entertain yourself with a good film on TV. From this living area, you can access the bright kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. A kettle and filter coffee machine are also included. The dining area is connected to the kitchen and can seat six people at the table to enjoy an evening meal indoors. The three double rooms have each been lovingly decorated and designed in a very individual style. Guests have two beds measuring 1.50 x 2.00 metres and another measuring 1.50 x 1.90 metres at their disposal. They each have a walk-in wardrobe and/or practical built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom has convenient access to a terrace. The large designer bathroom is a real highlight of this holiday home. It is equipped with a fantastic whirlpool bath as well as a separate and spacious Arabic-style shower, an original square washbasin and two separate WCs. An iron and hairdryer are provided in the house, so you don't need to bring your own from home. Mosquito nets are also available.

The villa is located close to the road that connects Artà and Sant Llorenc. This makes the location very convenient for reaching various attractive places. For example, there are four golf courses not far from the villa. These include the famous Pula Golf course, which is 11 kilometres away between Artà and Son Servera. The beach of Costa de los Pinos and several other natural sandy beaches can also be reached quickly by car. At the colourful weekly market in Artà you will find regional culinary specialities as well as beautiful Mallorcan handicrafts.

Villa Can Xisco is in an attractive location, just an estimated 4-minute drive south-west of Artà. In this pretty little town you will find many excellent restaurants, good shopping facilities, a post office, doctors, etc. A weekly market is held here every Tuesday. There are several beautiful sandy beaches in the surrounding area.
