And all of this on this terrace, from where you can see the glittering sea in the distance while you take a savoury bite of your crispy bread roll? Then Villa s'Estel will most likely be a real stroke of luck for you, all the more so because this domicile combines proximity to the sea and the village with a pleasant idyll that you can enjoy here at the end of the Kleine Strasse, surrounded by woodland. In addition to the aforementioned large terrace with dining table and barbecue, there is another one in front of the house. And as a big extra, the huge roof terrace, accessible via a spiral staircase, beckons with a sensationally beautiful panoramic view - a perfect place for individual retreats or a sundowner from the outdoor sofa.

A modern interior design with pleasantly cool colours adds to the charm of the living spaces, where you can immediately feel at home. Clear shapes and lines, sparse yet refined decoration and cosy accents such as the warm lighting above the wooden dining table create a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is semi-open and adjoins the living/dining room, which is of course fully equipped and predominantly presented in a trendy white style. The cooking island is equipped with seating on one side, perfect for cooking together or having a snack in between. A total of four discreetly furnished double bedrooms and two chic shower bathrooms (one of which is en suite) round off the living comfort of the villa, which we warmly recommend to families and groups who want good infrastructural connections without wanting to forego a private retreat and high enjoyment - living quality. Just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Capdepera, Villa s'Estel sits majestically on a small plot surrounded by many old trees. Every Wednesday there is a weekly market in the village where you can buy fresh local produce. There are inviting beaches nearby, including the beautiful Sa Font de sa Cala (3.3 km) or Platja de son Moll (1.9 km), both easily accessible by car via the neighbouring road. For more infrastructure, drive to Cala Ratjada (approx. 2.5 km), for example.
