If you appreciate excellent transport links and versatility on holiday and love the centre of Mallorca, this is the place for you. You can spread out comfortably on a total of 10,000 m² of land. The pool and the adjoining sunbathing lawn are sure to be a favourite outdoor meeting place. The partially covered terrace promises fun and games, while the gas barbecue and adjoining outdoor kitchen are ideal for sociable barbecues.

An open-plan living and dining room with an exposed beamed ceiling is connected to the terrace via several floor-to-ceiling windows. Lots of wood, light colours and Mediterranean accessories characterise the very friendly atmosphere. Two tables and a sofa provide ample seating. The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open and adjoins this area. There is also a bedroom and a shower room on this living level. Two further cosy bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Both have access to a balcony with marvellous pool views. There is also a second bathroom on this floor.

The versatile farmhouse Ca's Sollerich is located just 5 minutes by car from Inca and is particularly well connected due to its location on the Ma-3440. In the beautiful Mallorcan town you will find good shopping facilities, quaint cellar restaurants and a market worth seeing on Thursdays. Due to its central location on Mallorca, several of the island's beaches, especially those in the long bay of Alcúdia, are within easy reach.
