Wonderfully comfortable and in a great secluded location surrounded by greenery: Villa Son Pieras Nou is located just a few kilometres from Llucmajor. In this beautiful corner in the south of Mallorca, there are no neighbours or cars in sight: here you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet in the midst of nature and unwind to your heart's content. The newly built natural stone house is situated on a 28,000 m² plot with lawns and many olive trees. If you like to be active, you can go for walks with your fellow travellers or let off steam playing volleyball on the house's own volleyball court. Afterwards, you can cool off in the large, rectangular pool with outdoor shower, where children also enjoy splashing and swimming. To keep an eye on them, parents can either settle down on one of the comfortable sun loungers or sit in the shade on the covered terrace with various inviting seating areas.

The interior of Son Pieras Nou has been designed with a keen eye for tasteful detail. Natural colours dominate, white-painted walls alternate with rustic natural stone walls, the ceilings feature beautiful dark brown wooden beams and the floor is tiled in a great light brown colour. All of this creates a pleasantly relaxed, rural holiday atmosphere. The absence of stairs is an architectural highlight: In the ground-floor villa, all rooms are conveniently located on one level. These include the spacious living room with two cosy sofas and several armchairs in front of the TV or the dining area, which opens onto the kitchen with an elegant table, designer chairs and atmospheric lighting. Another highlight is the ultra-chic kitchen, whose style perfectly matches the rest of the house and from which you can enjoy the view outside. The living space is rounded off by three air-conditioned bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

Long walks, long bike rides - the typical Mediterranean landscape around your holiday home is perfect for excursions. You will probably want to hire a car for the 4 km to the nearest town of Llucmajor. The town was once known as an industrial centre, specialising primarily in shoe production. However, agriculture has always played an important role here too. This can still be seen today in the many apricot and almond fields outside the town walls. In Llucmajor you will find impressive historic buildings, cosy cafés and numerous restaurants as well as everything you need for everyday life. The weekly market is also worth a visit on Sundays. S'Arenal beach is only 12.7 km away by car. With its fine white sand, good infrastructure and lively promenade, it attracts not only families but also party-loving tourists. The small Caló de Sant Antoni beach, 14.9 kilometres away, is much quieter.
