Es Porrassar, a typical Mallorcan villa, is located right on the edge of the small holiday resort of Cas Concos. Parking is available in the small street next to the villa. This secluded property offers views of the pool and the surrounding countryside. Large palm trees and other plants from olive trees to banana trees grow on this property. The pool is set in a pretty garden and invites you to swim and splash around all day and then enjoy the handy outdoor shower. It is surrounded by a wrap-around terrace, which is bordered on one side by a quarry stone wall. After a dip in the pool, ten sun loungers await you. If you prefer a bit more shade, you can find a cosy spot under one of the two parasols or under one of the trees. From here you have a wonderful view over the countryside, giving you the feeling of being in the middle of nature while still enjoying all the advantages of a small town. The potted plants on the terrace and the trees between the pool and the villa also contribute to the typical Mallorcan flair of the property. The villa offers children a wide range of holiday activities in addition to all the outdoor facilities already mentioned, they can also have fun on the water slide, the swing and the trampoline. There is also a large selection of toys available. In addition to the pavilion, which adjoins the terrace on one side and invites you to relax in summer, a covered terrace houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a TV. The built-in barbecue is the perfect place to prepare meals. Especially in summer, you can spend many pleasant hours here with delicious food and good company! Five bicycles plus helmets are available for short trips or sporting challenges.

As almost all rooms are south-facing, the sun streams into almost every corner of the villa, ensuring a cosy brightness throughout the building. The villa is traditionally furnished in Mallorcan style. The protruding beamed ceilings and the clay-coloured floor tiles throughout make an impressive impression. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a spacious entrance area with a large table. An open archway leads to the fully equipped, bright kitchen with an additional dining table. In addition to the usual kitchen equipment, there is also a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine to guarantee a pleasant stay right from the start. From here you enter the living room; there is also a large glass door leading from the pool to the living room. The traditional floor tiles and the typical Mallorcan stone side wall emphasise the rustic ambience and increase your feel-good factor! The furniture is cosy, practical and of good quality. A few steps lead to the work area, which is also located in the living room. WLAN is available. There is a children's den, which directly attracts children with its entertaining facilities. A bedroom with an elegant bathroom and a guest WC with easy access from the pool round off the facilities on the ground floor. From the entrance area, take the curved staircase to the upper floor, where you will find another living room, which is also nicely equipped with a PlayStation. Three of the four cosily furnished bedrooms on the upper floor open onto one of the two beautiful roof terraces. Both bathrooms are modern and spacious, for a great start (and end) to the day.

The beach is approx. 10 km away. There are several beaches to visit and explore. The village centre is 300 m away. The nearest supermarket and cash machine are 8 km away. The villa is located on a small road on the edge of the village with good road access. The few cars that drive past the villa can occasionally be heard. The well-known Sunday market in Felanitx is 7 km away. The nearest golf course is only 12 km away. Everything is available for a successful holiday! The very child-friendly Villa Es Porassar is located on the eastern edge of the small village of Cas Concos. On the pool side, there are wide views which, despite the central location, convey the feeling of a villa. This authentic; The picturesque little village is an ideal starting point for exploring the south-east of the island.
