It is centrally located in Herxheim and is a perfect starting point to explore the beautiful Palatinate and the neighboring Alsace

It is 103 square meters in size, has a living/dining area of approx. 40 square meters with an integrated kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 // 160x200) and a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub, a shower, a WC and 2 washbasins as well as a towel heater. There is also a separate guest WC.

In summer, the adjoining 30 sqm terrace invites you to linger. There is also the possibility to park your bike in our inner courtyard.

The condominium was built in 2014 and has underfloor heating and triple-glazed windows with blinds. The apartment is located on Obere Hauptstraße. The entire building complex is set back, which is why only our garage and the parking lot are located directly on the street. Behind the parking lot is our entrance gate, through which you can access the apartment and our inner courtyard.

It is located in Obere Hauptstraße and in the center of Herxheim.

We live on the upper floors with our 2 boys and are therefore available every day and are always ready to listen to your questions and requests.
