This incredible villa by the sea undoubtedly offers an unforgettable holiday. Its modern structure offers absolute comfort, as the house has very spacious rooms, lots of light and a complete and high-quality equipment. The outdoor area of the house has a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace and several sun loungers. This terrace becomes the ideal place to relax and enjoy one of the best views of the whole island, as on the horizon you can see the island of Cabrera, which was declared a National Maritime Terrestrial Park in 1991 and is considered one of the jewels of the Mediterranean, as it is considered practically unspoilt.

In the same outdoor area, under the slightly raised covered terrace, you will find a large table and barbecue; The perfect place to prepare meals with family or friends during your stay. This terrace will be very practical for you as the kitchen is right next to it and you will have fresh drinks and food within reach.

The kitchen follows the style of the whole house, it is very modern and fully equipped. In the living room you will find a huge sofa and it is also the perfect place to enjoy the view and end a long day with family or friends. Furthermore, when the windows are wide open, this area transforms into an outdoor lounge area.

The elegant staircase takes you to the upper floor, where you will find three bedrooms (one with sea views and an en-suite bathroom) and two further bedrooms with a full bathroom to share. In addition, this floor offers a fantastic terrace where you can be a little closer to the sky and enjoy even more incredible panoramic views.

Come and relax in this peaceful setting in a natural environment characterised by cliffs, small coves, caves and turquoise waters.

Thanks to its location directly on the coastal road, you can reach several attractive places to explore in a short time. There are not many shops and restaurants in Vallgornera, but within a few minutes' drive you will find shops and restaurants of all kinds in the villages of Llucmajor and Campos. A walk along the coast from Cala Pi westwards to Cap Blanc will be unforgettable, as will a boat trip to the nearby island of Cabrera. Villa Es Pas combines the comfort of an ultra-modern complex with incredible views of the sea and the island of Cabrera. Vallgornera is a quiet place in the village of Cala Pi on the south coast of the island and belongs to the municipality of Llucmajor. There you will find cosy restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The small bay in which the house is located offers turquoise blue water, caves and idyllic corners as well as one of the most photographed sandy beaches on the island, the beach of Cala Pi.
