A second covered terrace invites you to try out other chill-out spots. A real eye-catcher: the pool, lined with beautiful blue mosaic tiles, where you can swim your laps in 7 metres of water or where children can splash around after entering easily via the steps. Thanks to the glass pane, swimming here is also fun for those who are sipping their favourite drink from their terrace seat!

The interior of the ground-floor building looks like a stylish doll's house in large format and features a cosy living/dining room at its heart. On warm days, you can regulate the temperature in this living area, while on cooler days you can enjoy the cosy warmth of a fire in the fireplace. Here, too, there are original details that emphasise the individual charm of this home, such as the natural stone elements or the unusual coffee tables. The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open and here you will also find a small seating area for a coffee or snack. Two cosily furnished bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning, invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Even if two couples are holidaying here together, privacy is completely guaranteed, as each of the bedrooms has a chic en suite bathroom.

This finca can be booked together with the neighbouring finca Sun Club Home Gran for a holiday with several families. Finca Sun Club Home Petit is just a few minutes' drive from Llucmajor. You can easily do your daily shopping in Llucmajor. Thanks to the proximity to the road, which is audible depending on the wind direction, you are also well connected to other beautiful places on Mallorca. Palma and the airport, for example, are approx. 20 minutes away by car and the nearest beach in S'Arenal is also not far away (15 km).
