Quietly situated, within a small vacation home settlement on the outskirts of the village, the vacation home is located on a 1400 square meter large and separate water property with private boat, fishing and bathing jetty and rowing boat directly on the Jabeler See.2023 extensively renovated in parts, the house is equipped with a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 2 children up to 12 yrs, flat screen TV, radio/CD, fireplace), a bedroom (double bed), a separate, newly equipped kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. In addition to the fireplace in the living room, the rooms are equipped with electric heating. (Initial equipment firewood free of charge). There is also a covered and furnished terrace, barbecue, lawn and parking lot.
Final cleaning, bed linen and water are included in the total price. Electricity according to consumption. Towels must be brought along.

Idyllically situated directly on Lake Jabel and on the edge of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park, the small village of Jabel is the ideal starting point for extensive explorations in nature, whether on foot, by bike (the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path runs right through it) or on the water. Lake Jabel not only offers unadulterated bathing fun, but also a modern marina and is connected to the neighboring large lakes, such as Lake Kölpin or Lake Fleesensee or, via a small canal, to Lake Loppin. a special attraction is the Damerower Werder peninsula, a special protected area where bison have been living in an open-air enclosure since 1957, which can be observed during the daily feeding at 11.00 a.m.. There is also a fisherman's farm and a stop for passenger boats on the Werder, a restaurant in the village and a very popular ice cream parlor directly on the lake. Shopping facilities and other restaurants as well as recommended sights such as the Müritzeum adventure center can be found about 10 km away in Waren (Müritz).
