This recently renovated village house in Cornillon, near Goudargues, presents a modern interior and a delightful garden featuring a small, heated pool. Situated 3 km from the lively village of Goudargues and the Cèze river, known for activities like canoeing and swimming, this holiday home offers a charming retreat.

The house unfolds across multiple floors. On the ground level, there's a recreational room, bathroom, and a laundry room. Moving up to the first floor, the house features a well-equipped kitchen/dining area with a French window providing access to a terrace. There are two sitting rooms, one air-conditioned, both with access to a second terrace. On the second floor, you'll find various bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for your stay.

Outside, a lovely garden enclosed by walls and a private heated pool provide ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The ground floor terrace offers a shaded spot to relax and enjoy the views. Parking is available around 50 m from the house.

The house is located in the heart of the historical village of Cornillon, a small medieval village perched on of a hill in the heart of the Cèze Valley between the Pont du Gard and Vallon Pont d'Arc. In the village you will find a crêperie (pancakes restaurant) and 2 other restaurants, a pottery. The nearest shops are 1 km or in the village of Goudargues, about 3 km. Nearby you can visit the tourist sites: The Cascades du Sautadet in La Roque sur Cèze, the Concluses de Lussan, the Pont du Gard, the caves of the Aven d'Orgnac, the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
