Just 5 minutes away by car, you can do your shopping in a number of establishments of your choice, take a trip into town to discover the historic heritage of Narbonne la Romaine (the Via Domitia, the Narbo Via museum, the cathedral of St-Just and St-Pasteur) or the lively centre with its famous Halles. The beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean are less than 15km from the gîte. Whether you're a couple, a group of friends or a family, there's plenty to do in the surrounding area, including the Massif de la Clape, the Narbonnaises Regional Nature Park with its beautiful lakes and unusual villages, the Sigean African reserve and Fontfroide Abbey.
On site, the estate offers a haven of peace where you can wander along small footpaths in close contact with nature. The communal swimming pool is at your disposal (to be shared with a guest room), ideal after a day of sightseeing to relax and refresh. The entire garden is accessible and enclosed, and there is a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for you to enjoy.
The gîte is accessed by a separate external staircase leading directly to the first floor, where you will find the entrance hall with an airlock: - A living room with a large cooling fan ideal for summer with a sitting area (sofa and TV), a dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Second floor: - Two independent bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed. - A separate bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC with washing machine. WIFI connection. Bed linen included. Towels in option(5€/person). Cleaning charge of €35. Pets are welcome under good behaviour only.
