Appartamento Aila

La Posizione: il residence e' composto da 18 appartamenti e gode di una posizione strategica e tranquilla, sorge infatti ai bordi del bosco e a pochi passi dal lago.

I nostri ospiti possono utilizzare la piscina e una zona verde in comune particolarmente curata con meravigliosa vista sul lago.

A pochi metri dall’ appartamento si trova una piccola zona commerciale con pizzeria/ristorante, gelateria, alimentari, souvenir, rosticceria e negozi di artigianato locale.



L' Appartamento Aila si trova a ca. 250 mt dal lago. L’appartamento è sito a piano terra ed è composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura attrezzato, una camera con letto matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli, bagno con doccia, wc, bidet e lavatrice, piccolo giardino privato con mobili da esterno e ampio giardino comune con piscina con bagnino aperta dal 01/07/2024 al 31/08/2024, parcheggio privato sul retro della casa. Riscaldamento autonomo a GPL. Ambiente confortevole. Accessori: frigorifero con cella freezer, forno elettrico, cucina ad induzione, macchina del caffè tedesco, toaster, bollitore, asciugacapelli, TV sat, riscaldamento a gas, mobili da giardino, sdraio con ombrellone, parcheggio privato esterno.
