Villa Branko Istria is located near Svetvincenat in the village of Pusti. The villa offers accommodation for 8 people with 4 bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday.

In a spacious, fenced garden of 7000 m2 there is a private pool surrounded by lavender, which is the perfect place to relax. There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower by the pool. The garden also offers a badminton court, table tennis, football goals and a children's playground. There is also a spacious covered terrace with dining table and barbecue for preparing delicious meals.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room, a study/children's room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. The small, picturesque village of Pusti is only one kilometre away from the old medieval town of Svetvincenat, the most dominant town in the southern part of central Istria. Svetvincenat will impress you with the Morosini / Grimani castle, the Renaissance square, the hospitality of the locals, a wide selection of traditional Istrian cuisine, wines and extra virgin olive oils.
Well-preserved Roman architecture, unspoilt nature, historical and cultural heritage are a big part of the Istrian heritage and are easily accessible with a panoramic drive of 5-30 minutes. You will feel the antiquity when exploring the Roman amphitheatre in Pula, the largest city in Istria, 3000 years old; when walking through Pore, a flower of the Croatian coast, known for the Euphrasian Basilica. Rovinj - the pearl of Istria, the most photogenic town in the Mediterranean will enchant you with its beauty, a town of art with the imposing Church of St Euphemia. We definitely recommend a visit to the Brijuni archipelago, Croatia's most famous national park with a safari park and an 18-hole golf course.
