Right at the entrance of the house you can see the rustic stone details that adorn this house and there is a covered outdoor terrace with an outdoor table, garden furniture and a relaxation area that is perfect to enjoy the first morning coffee. Continuing to the outside part, there is a beautiful garden with a large lawn area, ideal for children's play and fun. In the outdoor area there is also a private pool where you can escape the summer heat, catch the sun's rays on the poolside loungers or sit at an outdoor table under a parasol. The special feature of this house is the tavern, which has an additional kitchen, a fireplace, a table and benches for sitting and a separate toilet, as well as a charcoal grill where you can prepare Istrian delicacies for your loved ones. On the first floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The stairs lead to the second floor of the villa, where there are 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom.
