Villa White Pearl is a beautiful villa in Istria that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The ground floor consists of a living room, two bedrooms with double beds and two en-suite bathrooms as well as a kitchen with dining area. The main staircase of the villa leads you to the first floor, which offers a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The most beautiful part of the villa is definitely the exterior, which will not leave you indifferent. At your disposal is a large and spacious pool surrounded by sun loungers - an ideal place to enjoy with the whole family. A covered dining area is also at your disposal. The illuminated edge of the pool and the stone slab over the water complete this Mediterranean picture.The village of Cabrunici is located in the southern area of Istria, in the municipality of Svetvincenat. There is an access to the motorway from Pula, via the old local road, which makes it a very peaceful and quiet place, without much traffic and from where you only need 20min to reach all sports, tourist and cultural facilities in the area.

The area of today's municipality was already inhabited in ancient times, while the settlement as we know it today was founded in the 16th century by refugees from Dalmatia trying to escape the Ottomans. About 120 of the people in the village have chosen to follow in the footsteps of their ancestors and practice traditional trades such as olive and grape growing, and small animal husbandry, all of which contribute to the regional development of irresistible gastronomy - truffles, fui (traditional Istrian pasta), prut (smoked ham), goat cheese or manetra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) enriched with homemade olive oil and accompanied by well-known Croatian Malvasia or Pinot.

The temperature of the heated pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
