In the surroundings of Vinjan you can taste delicious delicacies and typical Istrian specialities in Istrian taverns. Vinjan is also known for its internationally renowned observatory and as one of the last places in Istria where autochthonous Istrian cattle (Bokarin) are kept. The beautiful town of Pore is known for its culture, tourism, sports and leisure. During your stay in Istria, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town centre of Pore or simply enjoy a day at the beach. Pore is an attractive holiday destination as it offers a wide range of sports (tennis, beach volleyball, football, horse riding, cycling, hiking, water sports).
