Villa Valade is the right place if you are looking for stress relief. The house is situated in a secluded location, without neighbors and offers its guests privacy and peace. It is a place where you can enjoy the peace and fresh air of the Istrian countryside. Surrounded by olive groves and 10 000m2 of forest as well as a private garden of 500m2 where you can find organically grown vegetables, the house is literally immersed in green nature. In October, when the olives are ripe, you can help the owners harvest the olives and taste their homemade extra virgin olive oil, which has already been awarded for its high quality and exquisite taste. Add fresh vegetables from the garden and you have a delicious Istrian lunch or dinner.
At your disposal are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living room with dining area and of course - a private pool. You have surely already fallen in love with this property - why not spend your vacation there? villa Valade is located in the small Istrian town of Bale, near the town of Rovinj and only 3 km from the sea. For this reason, it is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions.
In Bale you will find all the basic infrastructure you need for a carefree vacation: a small supermarket with a butcher's shop and a bakery, a pharmacy, a post office, bank and ATMs.
Rovinj, the nearest larger town, will enchant you with its medieval streets and warm Mediterranean ambience. The main church of St. Euphemia, where relics of the saint are kept, is one of the most beautiful Baroque buildings in Istria. From the church you have a wonderful view of the open sea and numerous small islands in the distance. A visit to the Rovinj Town Museum and the town's many galleries will complete your cultural experience. The surroundings of Rovinj offer immense opportunities for recreation: cycling, horseback riding, jogging.
