If you are looking for elegance and a touch of modernity in the heart of central Istria, Villa Velika will charm you. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 beautiful spacious air-conditioned double rooms with private bathroom and TV. On the first floor of the spacious villa there are 3 bedrooms, an open plan living room with high ceiling, dining room, kitchen, fitness room and an additional bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 additional bedrooms.
In addition to the contemporary elegance of the interior, Villa Velika will delight you with its enchanting infinity pool with hydromassage, where you can sunbathe and relax on the sun loungers.
For those who like to be active even on vacation, Villa Velika offers you a fitness room with various sports equipment (Orbitrec, stationary bike, stretching equipment and table soccer) to stay in shape.
If you prefer to be active outdoors, Villa Velika has its own private sports field for playing basketball and soccer, and a playground with swings for the younger ones.
Villa Velika is air-conditioned, has WiFi, alarm security, private parking for 3 cars, a private charging station for electric cars and a lovely outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill.
It is not a party house. The small picturesque village of Stokovci is located near the medieval town of Svetvincenat, the most dominant small town in south central Istria. Svetvincenat will impress you with the pleasant hospitality of its inhabitants and typical Istrian delicacies, world-famous wines, fresh extra virgin olive oil, homemade brandies and much more. Well-preserved Roman architecture, untouched nature, historical and cultural heritage are part of the Istrian heritage and can be reached within a 5 to 30-minute drive with wonderful views. You can feel the antiquity by discovering the Roman amphitheater in the 3000 year old town of Pula (the largest in Istria), strolling through Porec (the pearl of the Croatian coast and the most visited town in Istria) or visiting the famous St. Euphemia's Church in Rovinj (the most beautiful resort in Istria, a town of art and street artists). We definitely recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands (Croatia's most famous national park with a safari park) and an 18-hole golf course.
