A charming apartment for 4 persons, located on the ground floor of an apartment building located just 50 meters from the sea. This hidden treasure's entrance is from the terrace directly into the kitchen. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, two sunbeds and shower.  In the yard there is a grill which is available for shared-usage to all the guests in the building.  This charming apartment is divided into a kitchen with an adjacent living room area and two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, an oven, a fridge and a kitchen hood. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with toilet and is linked with the terrace. In the second bedroom, there is NO WINDOW. There are two single beds and a wardrobe. In the hallway there is one more bathroom with a toilet.
