Inside the house you will find everything you need for a carefree vacation. Especially the brick wall creates a special charm. Plan your excursions in the morning with warm bread rolls. Pour the wine, pour the juice into the glasses and let the quiz begin on the covered terrace.

Stora Herrestad was once the center of Herrestad district and many buildings are still preserved. The manor house with its avenue, the courthouse, the church from around 1100 and the vicarage give the village a special atmosphere. Follow the hiking trail Österlenleden in the flat landscape. Experience the half-timbered houses in Ystad, Ystad Zoo, Tosselilla Sommerland and the hiking area, Bongska Naturmarken. Explore Kåseberga and visit the stones of Ale, Dag Hammarskölds Backåkra farm and the medieval castle, Glimmingehus. Pick strawberries at the Kåsebergaodlingen in Löderup.
