Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is intended for a holiday for two people + max. two children.The house has a separate room + extra bed in the living room (sofa bed) The property has a terrace, a fireplace and a jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the Balkans Ljubačka Bay, The house has been renovated in a modern rustic style and mostly finished with stone walls originally built 150 years ago. The house is surrounded by stone walls that provide privacy and a relaxing holiday in a Dalmatian environment. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
