It consists of a covered terrace  with  magnificent sea views, living room, kitchen, dining room all in one room, two bedrooms with double bed and one sofa bed, bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, coffee maker, electric cooker, fridge and freezer. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. The apartment is suitable for families with children. Pet (up to 10kg) is allowed but on request and with surcharge.

The house is situated in Malinska, place Vantačići . The house is situated in an excellent location just 10 meters from the sea. The nearest beach is about 50 meters. The house has 4  separate apartments. The nearest restaurant / pizzeria and shop is about 500 meters. Other restaurants, supermarkets, "market", bakeries, coffee shops are located in the town center. The house has a beautiful promenade that leads to Malinska which is only 2.5 kilometers away from the property.   The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea. The house has a private parking space 50m from the house.
