Our house is in the upper area of the village of Matzelsdorf on the Millstätter Plateau, in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake. Around the house there is a large orchard with table tennis, some seats and sun loungers. You can explore nature directly from our house, set off on alpine hikes or start mountain bike tours. The municipal lido in Dellach is about a 5-minute drive away!
Our "holiday apartment 1st floor south" has a living space of approx. 50 m2 with a very practical room layout! From the anteroom with cloakroom you can reach the daylight shower room with toilet, washbasin and a washer-dryer; further in the smaller bedroom with bunk bed, wardrobe and private balcony and on the other hand in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and private balcony! From there it goes on to the larger bedroom with box spring bed, cupboard and its own washing area, as well as its own balcony!
