Welcome to the Pays de Bouzignac! This superb gîte will offer you a pleasant comfort during all your stay. The house of 100m2 has been renovated and is spacious. You will be able to take advantage of the peace and quiet of the surroundings, the gîte is located in the heart of the village with shops nearby. Enjoy an ideal location: Saint Nazaire d'Aude is next to the Canal du Midi and the famous port of Le Somail (2.5km). The Site du Somail will bring you to visit its original library and its grocery store on the water. Around the village you will enjoy many walks and also mountain biking. You will be 35 minutes from the beaches of the Aude and 45 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne. On the spot, the lodging does not have an outside but it is adjacent to the quiet and shaded public garden. Free public parking next to the gîte.

Air-conditioned gîte which includes on the first floor a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a lounge area with TV and sofas, a dining table. On the second floor, 3 bedrooms with two beds in 160 and one bed in 140 and a bathroom with shower and independent WC. WIFI. Air conditioning. Parking nearby. Sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay obligatory 30€ included in the final price of the reservation. Laundry near the gîte.
