In the middle of the Drome Valley, in the countryside, you will find this charming traditional house with character made of stones of the region. Here, a bright and inviting veranda awaits you outside, a large sun terrace in a 600 m² park with flowers, trees and a refreshing pond. The spacious and comfortable interior is made of noble materials and has a neat and cozy Provençal decoration. Enjoy here delicacies from the grill, maybe a glass of wine and relaxing hours on warm summer evenings with your loved ones.

This house is very well located on the outskirts of the medieval village of Montoison and thus between the Vercors massif, the mountains of the Ardèche, the charming valley of the Eyrieux and the gorges of the Bourne. Worth visiting are the bird park of Upie, the tropical aquarium of Allex, the nature reserve of Ramières du Val de Drome, the tower of Crest, the highest keep in France, the pretty village of Mirmande, one of the most beautiful in France, the caves of Choranche and the Cirque d' Archiane.
