We are very pleased that you would like to spend your holiday with us in Seeboden and thank you for your interest.
All our apartments are very well and comfortably furnished.
Each apartment consists of a locked anteroom with wardrobe, cold/warm water, sitting area, colour TV with Full-HD-TV, free W-LAN internet reception in each apartment. Crockery and towels as well as bed linen will be provided and exchanged on request.
Lounge chairs with cushions and tables on south-east balcony.
We are an inclusive business. Our guests receive the Millstätter-Inclusive-Card free of charge.
Our house is quietly situated near the forest and lakes, 300m as the crow flies from the lake and the romantic nature park on the lake, only local traffic.
Your car is parked directly behind the house on an asphalted parking lot.

A flat on the second floor, approx. 55m² in size, for 2 to 4 people.
Consisting of a spacious double room facing west/north, shower, separate WC, a kitchen-cum-living room with dishwasher, a dining area and pull-out double sofa bed, south-facing balcony with lake view. Flat screen HD TV and free W-LAN reception.

This flat was renovated in spring 2024.

Tourist tax, electricity and final cleaning will be charged on the spot.

Additional costs: Visitor's tax per night and person from 17 years € 2.70, final cleaning € 50.-, electricity per KW. according to own meter € 0.30.
