    “Obwohl (fast) alles vorhanden, handelte es sich doch um eine recht einfache Ausstattung. Gute Lage in Strandnähe, ein Reiterhof liegt angrenzend. Relativ Neuwertig, mit einigen Baumängeln und Gebrauchsspuren. Die Sauberkeit gibt Anlass zur Rüge. Haare im Bad sind einfach eklig! Fenster sind von außen durch die Witterung verschmutzt, und von innen mit etlichen "Hundenasen" verdreckt. Eine Scheibe war zudem zersprungen. Die Betten waren extrem durch gelegen, hatten nicht nur viel zu weiche Matratzen und waren bei jeder Bewegung viel zu laut. Der Duschkopf im Bad ist zu schwer und ließ sich nicht fixieren womit es sich lediglich um eine Handbrause handelte. Der WC-Papierspender ist ungünstig tief montiert und erinnert stark an eine Hauptbahnhof Latrine. 39,-€ für eine kleinen Hund ist wucher, wenn sich die Ausstattung auf einen Zurring auf der Terrasse beschränkt. Das TV-Gerät war defekt, musste ausgetauscht werden. Reiten oder großzügiger Spielplatz ideal und direkt an der Anlage.”
