Detached house with lake view and garden

Casa Cristina is a detached house with a fenced garden located in a quiet area at the woods' edge, just 200 m from Lake Ledro.

The house is two-storey and consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to a balcony with a view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Further amenities include two outdoor parking places and a carport, a storage area for sports equipment, a small veranda and a garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, flowerbeds, trees and aromatic plants.

Restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and a boat rental are available within a radius of 300 metres. The closest beach is about 10 minutes’ walk and the next grocery store is 15 minutes’ walk or a few minutes’ drive away.The next bus stop (Molina di Ledro – Lago) is five minutes’ walk away. Riva del Garda is located 12 km away and can be reached in 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus.     “An sich eine schöne und wertige Unterkunft, die jedoch in die Jahre gekommen ist und an der einige Arbeiten erledigt werden müssten.
    Die Lage ist schön, aber zumindest im Sommer auch sehr belebt und laut.
    Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Positiv: Wertiges älteres Haus mit Seeblick, alles im Haus was man braucht, Betten und Matratzen bequem, Nachtlichter im Flur, abschließbarer Raum für Fahrräder etc., kleiner Grill, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer - dieser war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Negativ: Die Ausstattung stammt aus den 60er/70er Jahren - das ist stimmig, aber mittlerweile defekte/unbenutzbare Dinge gehören entfernt, z.B. der Holzherd. Zum Teil sind Lampen defekt oder an entscheidenden Stellen zu dunkel: Küche und Bad. Die Lage ist 100m vom See und scheinbar ruhig, in einer sehr kleinen Straße - aber zumindest im August ist da jeden Tag etwas anderes: Veranstaltungen auf der Wiese vor dem Haus, Live-Musik oder DJ am Strandbad, viel Verkehr von Leuten die einen Parkplatz suchen, viele Wohnmobile die versuchen einen Stellplatz zu ergattern, massig Fahrradfahrer und Fußgänger, Jugendlichen-Treffpunkt mit lauter Musik. Für kleine Kinder fand ich einige Außenbereiche als nicht geeignet: mit Planen abgedeckte begehbare brüchiger Glasbausteine mit Garage darunter und defekte Gitterroste die nicht gesichert sind. Der Kamin durfte leider nicht in Betrieb genommen werden - morgens und spät abends war es trotz Sommer recht frisch im Haus.”
