    “Positiv: Vorteilhaft ist die Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Negativ: Es war schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab im Garten zu sitzen . Es ist eine Sitzgruppe vorhanden, wird aber überwiegend von der Besitzerin genutzt.”
