The SERLES apartment features its own terrace with a garden and large sunbathing area, where you can unwind from the day (perhaps in the hammock) with a view of the stunning Stubai mountain world. Or how about a game of table tennis?
Yes... and while your children race around, you can still enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the sun.
Apartment amenities: hallway, living room, two bedrooms with shower/WC, a separate WC, kitchen in its own room, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The luxury of the apartment is, of course, the private sauna with infrared, steam sauna, and Finnish sauna, as well as the electric tiled stove.
We love children and have toys ready for them; as well as for the little ones, a crib and a high chair.
The ADLERHORST apartment on the first floor is completely new with furnishings of the highest level. The highlight is the breathtaking panoramic view throughout the Stubai Valley with its imposing mountains.
Marvelous spacious kitchen (in its own room) with a view of the Stubai Glacier, next to the spacious living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double sink, separate WC, large hallway. Two balconies invite you to relax: facing south, enjoy the warming rays of the sun - or facing east, here’s a cool spot in the shade during great heat).
We are happy to offer our guests a roll service, or you will find a bakery in the center of Fulpmes just a 3-minute walk away.

From the balcony and terrace, you can listen to the concerts of the Fulpmes brass band every Wednesday in summer.
In summer and winter, our house is an ideal starting point for all sporting activities. Whether skiing at Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes or hiking with the Stubai Super Card in the family-friendly Schlick 2000 amidst this unique natural paradise, there is something for every seeker of relaxation.
The ski bus to Schlick 2000 and the snow-secure ski area Stubai Glacier can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.
For a special experience while night sledding, every Thursday in Schlick 2000, we are happy to lend you our sleds.
All supermarkets and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the holiday apartment.
With the Stubai Valley railway, included in the Stubai Super Card, you can enjoy an idyllic, stress-free ride from Fulpmes through the beautifully blooming Telfer meadows to Innsbruck.
Sporty cyclists among you can borrow our mountain bikes.
